- If you are interested in renting any of our properties, please email enquiries@mclets.co.uk or telephone us on 01726 815581 to gain further information.
- To arrange to view a property, please telephone us to book an appointment. Please try to be punctual for your appointment, because as you will appreciate other prospective tenants may have times very near to yours.
- If you are interested in renting the property you have viewed, please contact us as soon as possible. We may need to gain authorisation and approval from the owner before going any further in the process.
- A visit to the office will then be necessary to make payment of the referencing charge. The amount is dependent on each property. (You will be advised of this amount when you contact us after the property viewing). Referencing paperwork will be given to you for completion.
- Once you have returned the paperwork to us, we will instruct Lets XL Ltd to carry out the referencing. When we receive approval for you from Lets XL, we will then arrange a time for you to meet at the office to sign the tenancy agreements. Later that same day, we will meet you at the property to check the inventory. The property will then be available for you to move in.
